
Bernard Beaullieu, Founder
Bernard Beaullieu founded Beaullieu & Associates, Inc. in 2007 to be the antithesis of today's recruiting practices by offering a unique, high-end approach to IT Staffing and Recruiting. The vision is to leverage 20+ years of successfully leading Information Technology organizations in the San Antonio area and apply this experience directly to identifying and engaging the best IT people.
Throughout his career, Mr. Beaullieu has been recognized for his success in leading large Information Technology teams serving vast geographic areas.
Mr. Beaullieu has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Houston in Electronics Engineering Technology. He started his career as an IT Technician and has served the San Antonio area in many leadership roles successfully leading large IT Organizations and serving the community.
Mr. Beaullieu is well versed in ITSM "Best Practices", ITIL ® Foundations v2 and v3 Certified, and "Connected" to area IT organizations and their strategies. He serves the San Antonio Community in a number of volunteer capacities.

The HDI San Antonio Local Chapter is part of HDI Global, a community of 150,000 information Technology leaders and practitioners. We serve by offering local San Antonio Information Technology Leaders the opportunity to "Connect" and share "Best Practices" in the areas of Service Management and Technology Support. Events feature discussions and presentations of real-life implementation of IT Service Management and IT Support best practices by engaging support leaders from local area organizations.
Every year HDI recognizes the San Antonio area's top Information Technology Support professionals.

CMA’s mission is to serve the transitioning military service members, veterans, wounded warriors, primary caregivers to wounded warriors, and military spouses by providing vetted resources and military-to-civilian cross-trained expertise which is focused on supporting and preparing the military community for professional career opportunities while providing personalized assistance to better serve them in achieving both their short-term and long-term employment readiness and job placement goals.
CMA’s vision is to significantly reduce military unemployment rates by cultivating the most rigorously monitored, tracked, and reported military-to-civilian employment readiness and job placement solutions, translation of military skill sets into civilian skill sets employment and job preparation training, and education program for transitioning military service members, veterans, wounded warriors, primary caregivers to wounded warriors, and military spouses.
